Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Booking:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. The reservation will be confirmed only after the payment has been received.

Cancellation by the Customer:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded.
